Few things have the power to unite people quite like the enchantment of BBQs. Picture it – the tantalizing aroma of food sizzling over open flames, a lively atmosphere, and a hungry crowd eagerly awaiting a freshly grilled burger or a sumptuous slice of slow-cooked brisket. It’s a scene that captures the essence of pure joy.
Over the years, my passion for BBQs has led me to amass a collection that might raise a few eyebrows – from cast iron horizontal and vertical hot smokers imported from America to full-size commercial braais from South Africa.
How And Why You Start a BBQ Company
I love how magic and fun unfolds at parties, events, and, of course, anything related to BBQ. Yet, faced with the reality of only having 24 hours in a day, I knew I couldn’t possibly fire up all those grills on my own. So, what was the logical next step? Spread the love, of course! And thus, the idea of starting a BBQ hire company was born. And here we are, ready to share the joy of BBQing with you.
How We Roll
Organising parties and events are a little stressy at the best of times, so we like to keep it simple and easy.
We’ve got 8 rental BBQ’s, 7 gas units and 1 horizontal smokers if low and slow smoking is more your thing. The smoker can handle about 12 beer can birds or enough chicken portions for about 40 or 50 hungry people.
Let's Be Serious For A While
- BBQs, parties, and events are all fun and awesome, but please always be mindful that these are REALLY VERY HOT & ON FIRE.
- If you are hiring for a public event, please make sure they are part of your Risk Assessments, and the correct precautions are in place.
- Also, keep in mind that propane is really flammable.
- While these BBQs are in your possession, they are YOUR responsibility.
- Please take care and have FUN.
Delivery & Collection
Once you’ve ordered a unit, we’ll organise a delivery and collection time to suit, we’ll give you a little rundown of how everything works, don’t worry, there’s nothing too complicated.
If you’re hiring a gas BBQ then we’ll deliver a can of propane big enough to run for most of the day, or if you’re getting a smoker, then we’ll bring a bag of quality charcoal and enough wood chips to get some full on flavour.
All the units come with some quality utensils and digital temperature probe, just to make sure you’ve got everything you need.
